Our pricing starts from the figures below and is tailored based on the size, condition and features of your home, the number of bathrooms and living areas, and the specific services you require. Prices shown are starting prices. The final quote depends on the size, condition and features of your property and the services required — and can range up to $15,000 for larger or prestige homes requiring extensive specialist work. All quotes are confirmed after a property assessment. Optional add-on services (carpet steam clean, pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, hardware replacement, re-siliconing, etc.) are quoted separately.

Like Clean Group uses the best methods and industrial-grade products available but we can’t perform miracles. Some items will show “normal wear and tear” from daily use and cannot be made to look new again. For these areas we will provide before and after images to demonstrate the best result achievable.

• Grout sealing available as an add-on to protect against future staining

Steam Cleaning & Hot Water Extraction

• Professional steam cleaning of all hard tile and stone floors throughout the property — kills bacteria, lifts embedded grime and restores shine without harsh chemicals
• Steam cleaning of bathroom tiles, shower recesses and grout lines for a deep sanitised finish
• Steam cleaning of kitchen splashback, benchtops and oven surrounds
• Steam cleaning of laundry surfaces and tiled areas
• Hot water extraction carpet cleaning — industrial machine deep-cleans carpet fibres, removes embedded dirt, pet hair, allergens and stains
• Carpet pre-treatment spray applied to high-traffic areas and visible stains before extraction

• Exterior window glass cleaned — ground level, accessible windows (included as standard)

• Upper floor or windows at height quoted separately

This list does not include all of our specialty services so get in touch with our cleaning team today if you require anything further such as painting, plastering, repairs or property styling assistance.

• Our team will spot-clean walls for marks, scuffs and splatter throughout the property. A full wall wash is not included in the standard package. If walls have significant marking beyond normal wear and tear, get in touch to add this as an additional service.

Windows at Height

• We clean all accessible interior windows and ground-level exterior windows. Any windows requiring a ladder above a safe single step are not included in the standard service and can be quoted separately.

Discolouration

• Discolouration from age, UV, bleach or chemical damage on items such as toilets, plastics and grout can occur with normal wear and tear. It may be impossible to return them to their original colour without specialist restoration services.

Ceilings

• Our standard pre-sale cleaning service does not include cleaning ceilings. Ceiling cleaning can be added as a separate service — please ask our team.

Risky Areas

• Our pre-sale cleaning service does not cover any areas that could be harmful or dangerous to our staff. We will not clean bio-waste, damaged or cracked electrical points, broken glass, asbestos-containing materials or any other potentially hazardous area.

Tile and Natural Stone Stains

• Some permanent stains in porous materials such as natural stone, unglazed tiles or unsealed grout cannot be fully removed through cleaning alone. A specialist restoration service may be required.

Severe or Structural Mould

• We treat surface mould as part of the standard service. However, structural or embedded mould in plaster, wall cavities or sub-floor spaces requires a licensed mould remediation specialist and is beyond our scope.

Damp Spots

• Damp spots and water staining can be very difficult to remove and may compromise dry wall plaster. We will do our utmost to remove visible marks, but in some cases these marks cannot be completely eliminated — and may return quickly if the underlying damp issue is not resolved.

Specialist Trade Services

• Our standard pre-sale clean excludes work requiring licensed trades or specialist equipment — for example, pressure cleaning for heavy oil stains on a garage floor, painters to touch up walls, or plasterers to repair holes. These can be arranged as add-on services; speak to our team.

Decorative and Staging Items

• Our team will not clean ornaments, photo frames, vases, lamps, clocks, fruit bowls, linen or any other decorative or staging items. Contents should be removed from cabinets and cupboards prior to our arrival so our team can clean the interior surfaces.

Furnished Properties — Special Conditions

• If items have not been removed before our cleaning team arrives, they will not be able to clean the inside of cabinets and cupboards.
• Our team does not clean nor warrant kitchen items located inside cupboards and drawers.
• Furniture, refrigerators and other large items will not be moved unless specifically agreed in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee Exclusions

Along with the pre-sale cleaning service exclusions above, other exclusions exist that we cannot cover under our satisfaction guarantee, including:

Post-Cleaning Events

A post-cleaning event is something that occurs after the pre-sale clean and within the warranty period that may affect the property’s presentation, for which the cleaner is not responsible. Examples include:

• New occupants or tradespeople entering the property after cleaning
• Accumulation of dead insects after the clean
• Surface dust build-up after the cleaning is complete
• Dirt or debris near a window or door left open
• Insect or animal faeces
• Weather events affecting outdoor areas or exterior windows

Garage

• Our pre-sale cleaning service does not warrant detailed cleaning of garage walls or floors beyond the standard sweep and cobweb removal included.

Outdoor Areas

• Balconies, patios and other outdoor spaces with three walls or open to the elements cannot be warranted against re-soiling from weather, wind or debris after the clean.

Outside Glass

• Our pre-sale cleaning service includes cleaning accessible exterior glass, however due to the effects of weather and wind we cannot warrant the condition of exterior glass after the service is completed.

Post Pest Control

• We are not responsible for and do not warrant any items post pest control that may require additional cleaning, such as dead insects or animals gathered after the service has been completed.
